Everything we sell in our shop is a digital product. This means you will not receive a physical product in the mail.
Instead, you will receive a secure link to download your files instantly after your purchase is complete.
You are responsible for having the necessary software (like a free PDF reader) to open and print the files.

2. Our “No Refund” Policy
Because of the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
Once you purchase and download a file, it cannot be “returned” like a physical item. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a transaction is complete.

If you accidentally buy the exact same item twice, or if you are having technical trouble downloading or opening your files, please contact us right away.
